Last updated: 8 July 2026 · Effective from: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of narrativescope.pro and engagement with NarrativeScope Inc., a digital marketing agency registered in Ontario, Canada (BN 824719563ON0001).
1. Services
NarrativeScope provides digital marketing agency services including SEO, PPC, performance marketing, branding, analytics and related deliverables as described in individual statements of work. We are not an AI platform, SaaS vendor, IT outsourcing firm or web studio without marketing services.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, creative execution, platform policies and audience response. We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales figures, follower counts, viral reach, growth rates or return on investment. Case metrics presented are illustrative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content unlawfully or submit false information through contact forms.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks and creative assets are owned by NarrativeScope Inc. Client deliverables are governed by separate agency agreements specifying ownership and licence terms.
5. Fees and payment
Programme and retainer fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (C$) exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in proposals and invoices.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during agency engagements subject to mutual non-disclosure terms in statements of work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, NarrativeScope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
Clients indemnify NarrativeScope for claims arising from client-provided materials that infringe third-party rights or violate advertising policies when used as directed by the client.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Hamilton, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Dispute resolution
Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing litigation. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate retainer agreements per notice periods in statements of work. Upon termination, fees for work completed remain payable.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued website use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Clients may not assign contractual rights without written consent. NarrativeScope may assign to a successor entity in connection with merger or acquisition with notice to active clients.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with enforceable terms reflecting original intent.

These Terms, together with Privacy and Cookie policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use. Agency service delivery is governed by separate contracts where executed.

These Terms are drafted in English. French versions may be provided for Quebec clients under separate agreement without diminishing English version enforceability in other provinces.
21. Electronic communications
You consent to receive contractual and service communications electronically to the email address provided. Maintain current contact information for notice delivery.
22. Publicity
Unless restricted in writing, NarrativeScope may list client name and logo in agency credentials with prior approval for case study publication. Anonymised metrics may appear in marketing materials.
23. Subcontractors
Specialist creative, media buying or technical subcontractors may support delivery under our supervision. We remain accountable to clients for subcontracted work quality.
24. Anti-corruption
Both parties comply with applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws. Gifts or incentives affecting procurement decisions are prohibited.
25. Export and sanctions
Clients represent they are not subject to sanctions prohibiting receipt of marketing services from Canadian providers.
26. Order of precedence
Signed statements of work prevail over these website Terms for service delivery. These Terms govern casual website use and preliminary enquiries only.
27. Headings
Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation of provisions.

Nothing in these Terms creates partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between parties.
29. Feedback licence

32. Entire website agreement
These Terms together with incorporated policies constitute the agreement for casual website use. Prospective clients should request formal proposals for binding service terms.
